The Dodgers, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and Ballparks as Conservative Spaces

If the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (SPI) are on one side of an issue and the Los Angeles Dodgers are on the other, it is an easy call for me, so naturally I was critical of the Dodgers’ when they reversed their decision to honor SPI at the team’s Pride Night. Fortunately, in the face of widespread criticism, the Dodgers ultimately changed their position and extended a second invitation to SPI.
