Pelosi's decision is at least as much about politics about her district as it is about national politics.

Nancy Pelosi's decision to run for reelection in 2024 is not altogether surprising. The longer she put off making an announcement, the more likely it was that she would run. It is nonetheless a little puzzling why Pelosi wants another term in Congress.
